LEASING

We are constantly monitoring the level of competition within the local rental market and take seasonal rental trends into careful consideration when recommending lease terms to owners. We are excited about hosting our open homes, as well as private inspections, and are always highlighting the properties features to the prospective tenants.

MARKETING

We will only recommend marketing that will effectively attract a suitable tenant to your property, we will never recommend marketing with the intent of self promotion.

INSPECTIONS

Every new tenancy begins with a thorough and detailed Entry Condition Report which is paramount to the evaluation of the property and the Exit Condition Report at the completion of the tenancy agreement. We also conduct quarterly routine inspections and provide thorough reports with commentary and photos to all property owners.

LEASE RENEWALS

To ensure we are achieving maximum returns on your property all owners are provided a Current Market Analysis report prior to all lease renewal offers

RENTAL INCOME

We deposit funds directly into your account on a fortnightly, bi-Monthly or monthly basis depending on your preference. We provide you with property account statements via email and you have full access to your property management folio at all times via your PropertyMe portal.

INSURANCE

We adhere to strict procedures to reduce the risk of rent arrears,however at times circumstances arise which are completely out of our control. For this reason, we urge you to take out Landlord Protection Insurance for your investment property

FEES

Our fees for the letting and ongoing management of residential properties are comparable to industry standards and reflect the quality of service we offer.
